A network of over 30 not-for-profit organizations, working together to serve seniors in communities across Toronto.
Long Term Care Homes
Information about and admission to long-term care homes in the Kingston Area as provided by the Community Care Access Centre.
Transportation
Transportation in the Kingston area for the elderly, people receiving medical treatment and those with disabilities who are mobile. Most transportation services are provided by volunteer services and a nominal fee may be charged.
Meals on Wheels
The Meals On Wheels(MOW) program in the Renfrew area has been a joint project of the Renfrew Victoria Hospital and the Renfrew Rotarians for more than 30 years. The MOW program provides a hot meal (including soup, main plate and dessert) delivered to clients living within the city limits of Renfrew.
